Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro Industries DSP120D2NL + SNFI20 / DSP-120-D2-NL / 3D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electro-Industries products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eltra parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Electro-Craft product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-Industries such as the FVD600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EL63A25S528P8X6MR manufactured by Eltra and we are pleased to be able to service most Eltra systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 000100000 by Manufacturer Electro-Craft as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Eltek Brand 242100118 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electromotive such as MAC105JR equipment made by Electromotive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electromotive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electromotive" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E550055000071 made by Electro-Craft as well as the popular BSA3091060082 original spares produced by Electro-Craft

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DDM00991011592 by Electro-Craft and MAC105JR spares by Electromotive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Monitoring Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thyssen-Krupp.
